We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and exceed targets. 2. Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. 4. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth. 5. Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate performance and effectiveness of sales strategies. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Skills & Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar senior sales role. 3. Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and mentor a sales team. 4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. 5. Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets. 6. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
